This tank was designed for bulk storage of 50 to 70 percent hydrogen peroxide used in textile dyeing and finishing. It is a vertical type, vented tank with a 20" diameter manway and hinged cover. It is constructed of 10 Ga. (.135") thick 304L stainless steel with a 3/16" thick bottom. All of our stainless steel tanks are welded using the heli-arc (TIG) process and welded 100 percent continuous inside and outside. We conduct leak testing with a nuclear grade dye penetrant. When testing is complete all welds are cleaned and passivated.
