| These are a pair of stainless steel jacketed tanks mounted in a mezzanine and used as a hot melt system for an adhesive coating. The tanks are fabricated from 3/16" thick 304L stainless steel metal with dished bottoms, and a bolted top cover with a hinged opening. They are equipped to mount an agitator on top. They each have 12 ga. stainless steel dimpled jacket for steam heating. The tanks are recessed in the mezzanine for easier access to the top for loading materials and for operator inspections. We did the complete metal fabrication of this equipment including shipping and on-sight installation of the platform, tanks and steam jacketed stainless steel piping. | ||||||||||||||||||
